Sarah Smith
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Welcome!
I'm Sarah, an Accredited Practising Dietitian. I specialise in women’s health, with a main focus on supporting women through the transitional stages of perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause.
Navigating the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause can feel frustrating and overwhelming, making it difficult to know where to turn for trusted advice and support.
My main goal is to help women manage menopausal symptoms, and improve their long-term health. This can allow women to feel more confident, energised, and supported throughout midlife and beyond. I believe in the power of nutrition to keep women strong, active, and healthy through every stage of life.
